Green Hairs By The Clorofilas

Gardening is a fun, easy to learn and very useful for children, bringing them closer to nature and art.

This workshop aims to be fun and give children a different way to introduce them into the world of gardening through creativity, making faces and planting green hairs .

THE CLOROFILAS is a creative laboratory which explores the aesthetic potential of vegetation as a primary source for experimentation. Initiated by Jeanette Ramirez who experiments with new forms of coexistence between plants, domestic  and public space.

Mural Painting with Alex Lucas
Alex will be running a mural painting workshop along the rainbow brick wall in Montpelier Park to give it a little facelift! Alex hopes to bring a smile to peoples’ faces and soften the hard image of graffiti by introducing humour and beauty into the world of street art. She has a fond fascination of creating strange characters on walls but also has a little studio space in Bristol where she screen prints and likes to spend time drawing. Alex likes to run half marathons in silly costumes.
